The Hills Hawks Rugby League Club is a member of the North Sydney Junior League which provides competitions for players 5 years to open age on the North Shore of Sydney. The districts area ranges from Berowra, Asquith, Lane Cove, North Sydney, Willoughby, Ku-ring-Gai, Cherrybrook and Dural, with our senior teams competing across the Manly and North Sydney competitions.

We cater for all teams starting from ages 5 years to open. Ages 5 – 12 years are available for both boys and girls with boys only teams from 13 years +. Our aim as a Club is to provide a safe and family friendly culture which is supported by experienced coaches and trainers who provide our players with the correct skill and technique to become confident and experienced players.

Girls League Tag is one of the fastest growing sports in Australia and it’s easy to see why – fast paced, highly skilled, kick conversion goals and based on rugby league rules – without the tackling. Hills Hawks has teams for Under 12s, Under 14s and Under 16s girls.

The 2024 season will have an Under 14s and Under 16s  girls tackle team for the Hills Hawks. With the increasing popularity of the NRLW, the demand for a girls tackle competition in North Sydney is here.

The Hills Hawks Rugby League Club has a stable of professional and highly experienced Coaches and Trainers to ensure that all players are provided with the correct training, skill set and technique to play all forms of the game in a safe and confident manner. Our Head of Coaching – Rob McArdle has designed a coaches and training program for all Club coaches and trainers to ensure there is consistency and expectation from not only from the coaches and trainers but to our players and their families. Training days are determined by each team coach. Pre season training and trial games are scheduled to commence in February 2024.

Training and home games are played at Dural Park

Address: 45 Quarry Road Dural, NSW 2159
